Ambiance
The restaurant "Palais de Chine" in Myeongdong, Seoul, is located near Exit 7 of Hoehyeon Station.
As a famous restaurant in Myeongdong, Seoul, it has also been selected for the Michelin Guide this year.

The interior of Palais de Chine embodies the glamour of 1930s Shanghai.
The large, vibrant flowers in bold primary colors, along with chairs made of materials reminiscent of red wallpaper and silk, exude both opulence and elegance.

Food
The Korean beef sweet and sour pork was, without a doubt, the best dish we had at Palais de Chine that day.

Inside the thin and warm batter was savory beef.
The batter, though thin, maintained a crispy, crackling texture, and the rich flavor of the beef emerged with every bite, making it an incredibly enjoyable dish.

For the main dish, we followed the staff's recommendation and ordered the Latang Noodles.
It was a meal featuring a refreshing yet spicy broth filled with plenty of seafood.
I remember being captivated by the deep flavor of the seafood stock and thoroughly enjoying every bite.
